Refund policy
Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Eligible non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is shipped, please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed and posted to your original payment method.
